Part‑time instructors teach college level non‑credit course to students
60+ that focus on Tai Chi, Yoga Chair Pilates, Zumba Gold,Line Dancing, Lively Drumming, or Water Aerobics .

Classes are offered during the day at Catonsville, Dundalk, Essex,Hunt Valley and Owings Mills campuses along with senior centers and retirement communities throughout Baltimore County . Courses are offered primarily in‑person along with some Zoom classes .

Applicants should be subject matter experts and provide a summaryof what they would like to teach along with the area of the county where they would be willing to work.

Pay rates for non-credit courses in Continuing education are commensurate with education and experience qualifications.

• Must possess a High School diploma or GED.
• Academic degree or professional certification in a related discipline preferred.
• Must be a subject matter expert.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Experience teaching or training in an adult setting preferred.
• Effective oral communication skills.
• Experience working with a diverse population.

  TIAA‑CREF and VOYA Financial Advisors, Inc. Adjunct Faculty, Part Time Associates and Full Time employees are eligible to save for retirement using the Roth 403(b) savings feature. Employees may contribute traditional pre‑tax 403(b) dollars and Roth 403(b) post‑tax dollars simultaneously. The savings limits are combined for the Traditional 403(b) and the Roth 403(b) contributions.
• Deferred Compensation Plan — 457(b) offered through VOYAFinancial Advisors, Inc. The 457(b) salary reduction authorization form is needed. The form is available on SharePoint Forms/Human Resources Forms.
