Youth Pastor

Grace Community Church (Arlington, VA) is seeking a full-time Youth Pastor to lead our Middle School and High School ministries, helping students grow in their faith through their relationships with God, their youth leaders, and one another.

To create environments where it's easy for people to connect, belong, and grow. We believe that connecting relationally is the key to growing spiritually, and we're looking for someone who can help make that a reality for everyone at Grace.

• Previous experience working with youth in a ministry or spiritual setting

• Lead the Ministries:
  Set the vision and provide pastoral leadership for the Middle School and High School ministries.
• Shape the Curriculum:
  Choose and oversee what's taught across both ministries, keeping it engaging, age-appropriate, and grounded in Scripture.
• Develop Leaders:
  Recruit, train, and encourage the volunteer small group leaders who walk with students week to week.
• Create Opportunities:
  Plan and oversee events, gatherings, service opportunities, and mission trips that help students grow closer to God and to one another.
• Engage Parents:
  Connect regularly with parents and families, keeping them informed and involved as partners in their teenager's spiritual growth.
• Flex as Needed:
  Help with additional tasks as needed to support the church and its mission.
