• Assist the lead teacher with lesson planning, preparation, and classroom instruction.
• Reinforce lessons by working with students individually or in small groups.
• Support student supervision during lunch, recess, transitions, and field trips.
• Help maintain accurate records, including attendance and grades.
• Assist with documenting student progress and communicating updates to families.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive classroom environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, dependable, and adaptable with a positive attitude.
• Team-oriented and committed to creating inclusive learning spaces.
• Basic understanding of instructional strategies, child development, and classroom management.

• Bachelor’s degree, Associate degree, High School diploma, or equivalent.
• Experience supporting students in a classroom or childcare setting preferred.
• Compassionate and positive attitude with a commitment to student growth.
