BIM Manager

Piper Health Sciences is seeking a BIM Manager (Hybrid) to join a consulting engineering firm in Baltimore County, MD. The BIM Manager (Hybrid) will serve as the BIM subject matter expert and advise leadership on best practices.

Responsibilities of the BIM Manager include:

• Collaborate with company leadership to set BIM standards and project requirements.
• Provide client-facing support for BIM setup.
• Work with design and BIM teams to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of BIM production.
• Develop company procedures related to BIM standards.
• Maintain a strong understanding of BIM best practices.
• Assist the design team in preparing drawings and uphold BIM standards.
• Create training programs for designers and engineers.

Qualifications for the BIM Manager include:

• 5+ years of experience using BIM or Revit
• Strong knowledge of MEP
• Previous designing experience

Compensation for the BIM Manager includes:

• Salary Range: $80,000 - $130,000 depending on experience
