• Ability to Estimate Controls jobs in Data Center and Government Projects
• Project Take-Offs, develop Bill of Materials (BOM), attend pre-bid meetings
• Assist Sales Team in configuring systems and understanding project layout
• Provide proposals/bid estimates based on project scope from large to small Building Automation System projects
  • The estimates are calculated from the cost of materials, subcontractors, purchases equipment, labor, and other activities.
• Create detailed cost estimates from HVAC & DDC system sketches
• Will actively participate on submittals and RFIs

• Clientele:
  • Classified Government Work / Data Centers / Hospitals / Laboratory / light Commercial work
• Reps three reputable BAS product lines.
• Controls – 80-85%;
  Mechanical – 15-20%
• 50 – 55 Employees
• Headquartered in Maryland
• Established 30+ years ago
