Responsibilities- Fabricate cable and wire harnesses in accordance with detailed cable assembly drawings, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and industry standards.
- Perform crimping, soldering, termination, labeling, and continuity testing of wiring assemblies to ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements.
- Assemble, wire, and integrate electromechanical assemblies and equipment cabinets for flight simulation and flight training systems.
- Install electrical components including connectors, relays, circuit breakers, power supplies, sensors, and control modules.
- Support system-level integration activities, including installation, alignment, and interconnection of electrical subsystems.
- Perform functional testing, inspection, and verification of assemblies using test equipment such as multimeters and continuity testers.
- Troubleshoot electrical, wiring, and electromechanical issues at the component, assembly, and system level; identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Read, interpret, and work from engineering drawings, schematics, wiring lists, bills of material, and work instructions.
- High school diploma plus 1 year minimum experience in the field.
- Ideal candidate should have 1 year of experience terminating cables, creating cable bundles, be familiar with electrical schematics, with soldering experience.
Salary Range $20-$31.25 per hour, commensurate with experience.
