This is a full-time, on-site role for a Registered Professional Land Surveyor located in Baltimore, MD. The role includes conducting and overseeing land and topographic surveys, supervising survey teams, using total station equipment, and preparing precise documentation. The Registered Professional Land Surveyor will collaborate with engineers, construction professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure all surveying activities align with project specifications and standards.
Qualifications- Proficiency in conducting Land Surveying and Topographic Surveys
- Hands-on experience with Total Station equipment and related surveying technology
- Knowledge in Building Surveying and general Surveying principles and methods
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
- Relevant professional license as a Registered Land Surveyor
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Bachelor's degree in surveying, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work on-site as part of a multidisciplinary team
