- Minimum 3+ years of experience in electrical maintenance engineering or maintenance management within a manufacturing or industrial environment
. - Strong expertise in power distribution systems and industrial electrical infrastructure.
- Experience with PLC systems and industrial automation.
- Solid understanding of electrical codes, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex industrial environments.
- Automation specialization or Professional Engineer (PE) license in electrical or controls engineering.
- Experience working in greenfield or startup manufacturing facilities
. - Familiarity with SAP PM (CMMS) and structured maintenance systems.
- Experience with EPLAN or similar electrical design software.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD
; familiarity with Revit is a plus.
Our client is expanding its global footprint and constructing a brand new, state-of-the‑art manufacturing facility along the waterfront of Wagner’s Point, Baltimore. This “green” facility, once construction is finalized, will produce highly engineered underground power and telecommunications cable to meet the ever‑expanding needs for such products. Once fully operational, this new factory will employ 200+ highly skilled production workers, engineers, and various supporting office roles.

As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, the main responsibilities are for maintaining and repairing electrical systems and equipment, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations.
