Duties and Responsibilities
- Monitor process variables and adjust parameters to maintain steady-state operations.
- Conduct process simulations and mass/energy balance calculations.
- Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and implement process efficiency upgrades.
- Perform day-to-day technical operations and maintenance tasks aligned with production targets.
- Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Engineering or Technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in a heavy industrial, mining, or petrochemical environment.
- Strong understanding of P& process control loops.
- Knowledge of chemical processing, thermodynamics, and fluid dynamics.
- Proficient technical analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced heavy industrial environment.
