Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute core technical and operational duties within the designated discipline.
- Ensure high performance, reliability, and adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Perform day‑to‑day technical operations, maintenance tasks, and comply with HSE policies.
- Participate in Root Cause Analysis for operational bottlenecks or equipment failures.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to achieve unit objectives.
Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Engineering or Technical discipline.
- Minimum of 8-12 years of relevant experience in heavy industrial, mining, or petrochemical environments.
- Specific Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering/PMP.
- Solid understanding of industrial processes and technical specifications.
- Proficient technical analysis and problem‑solving skills.
- Commitment to Safety & Compliance focus.
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced heavy industrial environment.
