Job Description

Engineering Manager:

Lead a high-impact, multidisciplinary engineering team (mechanical, electrical, controls, systems) delivering cutting-edge material handling and automation solutions for Fortune 100 customers
Own end-to-end engineering execution- from concept through deployment- driving projects that directly impact large-scale logistics and distribution operations
Work hands-on across complex automation systems, influencing design decisions in controls, system integration, and advanced material handling technologies
Drive real change by improving engineering processes, implementing lean methodologies, and elevating team performance in a fast-paced environment
Partner closely with operations, manufacturing, and customers to bring innovative automation solutions to life
Take full ownership of team performance, resource planning, and project delivery- your leadership will directly shape outcomes and growth

What you bring: 8+ years in engineering (3+ leading teams) within material handling, industrial automation, or manufacturing, with strong technical depth and a hands-on leadership style
