Director Structural Expert - Rail​/Infrastructure Programme

We are retained by a leading infrastructure operator in the Middle East to appoint a Director-level Structural Expert to a flagship international programme. This is a senior technical leadership appointment for an accomplished structural engineering professional with a proven track record delivering large-scale transportation and infrastructure projects at the highest level. The successful candidate will bring deep technical authority across structural design, engineering governance, and multidisciplinary coordination, operating with confidence at executive and client-facing level.

You will provide expert technical oversight and structural engineering leadership across a complex, high-profile infrastructure programme. This includes design review and assurance, contractor and consultant interface management, and engagement with regulatory authorities and senior stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• 20+ years' experience in structural engineering and infrastructure delivery
• Demonstrable expertise across rail, metro, bridges and viaducts, marine, or heavy civil structures
• Background within leading international engineering consultancies or Tier-1 infrastructure environments
• GCC or international mega project experience strongly preferred
• Established ability to operate at Director level across multi-stakeholder, high-complexity programmes
