Arcadis collaborates with some of the world's largest data center providers. We are growing and need to add experienced Data Center Design Project Managers to our American Places group. This role can be based anywhere in the USA. The candidate should expect to travel up to 30% of the time domestically.

• Facilitate client requirements for the design of hyperscale data centers throughout the United States.
• Manage the design process from campus planning/basis of design stage through issuance of construction drawings, creating a shared plan for execution of design and oversight of construction administration services, coordinating procurement, change orders, and issuance of engineering information to vendors and suppliers.
• Work with internal and external teams, building strong positive relationships, ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met.
• Travel to project sites and client meetings as needed (up to 30% of schedule).
• Ensure project deliverables meet milestones, deadlines, and are presented in the required format for the final client.

• 10+ years of project design experience with data center designs, or large complex construction projects (hospitals, high‑rises, laboratories, manufacturing plants, high‑power plants).
• Experience working with internal and external multidisciplinary teams, and directly with final client teams.
• Experience preparing project plans, technical specifications, implementation plans and schedules, coordinating internal and external teams.
• Experience using Autodesk Platforms: ACC or BIM engineered solutions.
• BA in Architecture or Engineering, or related field. Preferred licensure (PE, NCARB, RA) is strongly preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects with evolving priorities in a dynamic, deadline‑driven environment.

Nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO accrue per year. Salary range: $80,461 – $132,761.
