Calibration Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Powertrain Calibration Engineer to support diesel engine performance and calibration development. This role is ideal for someone with deep technical expertise in calibration, OBD systems, and embedded software functions.

• 5–10 years of powertrain calibration engineering experience
• Strong experience with On-Board Diagnostics (OBD) calibration
• Hands-on experience with diesel engines
• Proficiency in MATLAB and Simulink

• Calibrate embedded software functions for engines, EATS, drive lines, and vehicle systems
• Develop and optimize engine performance and calibration strategies
• Define and select hardware component specifications (e.g., fuel injection systems, turbochargers, camshaft profiles)
• Execute verification plans and support validation activities
• Manage dataset synchronization, configuration, and release processes
• Lead a defined technical area and contribute to broader engineering initiatives
• Identify and implement improvements in methods, tools, and processes
• Provide input into product and system roadmaps
• Collaborate cross-functionally and drive alignment across teams
