Land Development Project Manager
A Land Development Project Manager having 8-15 years of civil engineering experience is required to work on diverse projects across the public and private sectors, including mixed-use developments, government facilities, residential, commercial, office spaces, utilities, infrastructure, and mission-critical/data centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage land development projects, ensuring timely execution and quality deliverables.
- Oversee site planning, stormwater management, and infrastructure design for private and public sector clients.
- Coordinate with Civil Engineers, Landscape Architects, Planners, Security Consultants, and Surveyors to develop creative design solutions.
- Utilize Civil3D/AutoCAD for site design, grading, and utility planning.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for land development projects.
- Collaborate with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders to facilitate project approvals.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Support strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and project success.
Must-Have:
- 8-15 years of experience in civil engineering land development.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in Civil3D/AutoCAD for site design and development.
- Strong knowledge of stormwater management, infrastructure design, and site planning.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Professional Engineer (PE) certification.
- Experience working with private sector clients and public sector/federal agencies.
- Familiarity with mixed-use, transit-oriented, and mission-critical projects.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.
