We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Completion Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing completion operations for oil and gas wells. This is a full-time, permanent position based in the Middle East.

• Plan and design completion operations for oil and gas wells, including selecting and designing completion equipment and techniques.
• Develop detailed completion programs and procedures in accordance with company standards and industry best practices.
• Work closely with drilling and production teams to ensure seamless integration of completion operations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to field personnel during completion operations.
• Monitor and analyze completion performance to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations during completion operations.
• Prepare and present completion reports to management and clients.

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in completion engineering, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Strong knowledge of completion design and operations, including experience with horizontal and multilateral wells.
• Familiarity with industry software such as Well Cat, Prosper, and Pipesim.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel and work in remote locations as needed.
