Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days WFH
Hourly position: $20–30/hr depending on experience.

PositionSummary
We are seeking a CAD/BIM Drafter with 2+ years of experience to support the creation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing drawing sets. The successful candidate will work closely with engineers and the CAD Manager to produce and update technical drawings using Revit MEP and AutoCAD, ensuring consistency with company and client standards. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented drafter with strong documentation skills and a background in building systems.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare Revit and AutoCAD drawings from engineering markups and verbal instructions
- Maintain drawing standards and organization across all project files
- Assist in preparing PDF and printed drawing sets for internal and client use
- Collaborate with engineering teams and respond to redline revisions
- Support file management and CAD standards under the supervision of the CAD Manager
- Minimum 2 years of drafting experience in a professional MEP environment
- Proficiency in Revit MEP and AutoCAD
- Familiarity with commercial building systems preferred
- Ability to interpret redlines and verbal direction
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
