We are seeking a Mechanical Department Head to lead our team. Successful candidates will have a strong background in MEP Consulting (Mechanical, Plumbing, & Fire Protection Engineering) with proven leadership experience. Projects include commercial buildings, mission-critical facilities, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, government buildings, and more.
Qualifications- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university
- 12 - 15+ years of AEC experience preferred
- 2 - 3+ years of Leadership experience
- PE Licensed (required)
- REVIT Proficiency (required)
Strong Design and Documentation experience - Expert knowledge of principles, practices, and trends of mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering
- Excellent project, people, and time management skills
- Strong organizational, communication, problem solving, leadership, and attention to detail skills
