Senior Geotechnical Engineer (PE)
OverviewThe firm is seeking an experienced professional who enjoys both technical and client-facing aspects of geotechnical engineering and wants to play a key role in delivering high-profile projects across commercial, industrial, and infrastructure markets.

Responsibilities- Lead and oversee geotechnical investigations from proposal through project completion.
- Prepare technical proposals, scopes of work, cost estimates, reports, and engineering recommendations.
- Provide geotechnical design support for commercial, industrial, residential, and transportation projects.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout design, pre-construction, and construction phases.
- Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure technical quality and successful project delivery.
- Provide technical oversight and mentorship to engineering and testing staff.
- Support business development efforts by building client relationships and identifying new opportunities.
- Apply expertise in geotechnical engineering with additional knowledge of Construction Materials Testing (CMT) considered a strong advantage.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 1015+ years of geotechnical engineering experience.
- Strong technical knowledge of geotechnical investigations, foundation design, soil mechanics, and earthwork.
- Experience preparing proposals, reports, and engineering recommendations.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of technical quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
