Senior Project Manager, Technical Lead – Linear Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of design professionals and technicians
• Mentor and supervise staff and develop high‑performing project teams
• Perform business development/application tasks and collaborate with staff to increase project wins and develop long‑lasting client relationships
• Assist senior engineers/designers with developing and managing the project scope, budget, staffing, and schedule
• Perform complex engineering design tasks on assigned wastewater‑related projects
• Develop project management plans for projects; establish goals and objectives for unique and complex projects
• Conduct and/or coordinate quality assurance and quality control on assigned projects

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Environmental, Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15 years of project management experience in a consulting environment, with a focus on conveyance and water infrastructure design.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain license within 6 months.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
• Experience and expertise with the design of conveyance projects in urbanized, congested areas.
• Ability to read and interpret 2D and 3D CAD drawings.
• Understanding of local and regional jurisdictional codes, legal and design requirements.
• Experience with the design of water, sewer, and drainage infrastructure 24‑inches in diameter and larger.
