Our client is a growing, female-led civil engineering firm based in Baltimore. The firm is highly mission-driven and passionate about revitalizing communities through functional, intelligent, and sustainable development. Its young, collaborative team works on affordable housing, mixed-use, commercial, and urban redevelopment projects throughout the region.
Responsibilities
- Design stormwater management, drainage, erosion and sediment control, and utility systems for land development projects.
- Prepare hydrologic and hydraulic calculations, technical reports, construction plans, and permit applications.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, reviewing agencies, and other project consultants.
- Support projects from early feasibility and entitlement through permitting and construction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Approximately 3-8 years of relevant water resources, stormwater management, or land development experience.
- Working knowledge of Maryland stormwater, erosion and sediment control, and environmental permitting requirements.
- Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and relevant hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software; EIT or PE preferred.
