Join a creative, collaborative team of designers in Hunt Valley, Maryland. Site Resources is an award-winning multidisciplinary firm with a diverse portfolio including higher education, parks and recreation, K–12 schools, healthcare, and other public and private projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with civil engineers, landscape architects, and designers on a variety of site development projects.
- Lead projects from concept through construction while managing schedules, budgets, and quality.
- Prepare and oversee site/civil construction documents, specifications, and permit plans.
- Design grading, stormwater management, erosion and sediment control, and utility systems in accordance with Maryland regulations.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to client relationships and business development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience with a civil engineering or multidisciplinary design firm preferred.
- Professional licensure or active pursuit thereof.
- Experience with Maryland stormwater management and erosion and sediment control design, permitting and land development regulations.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 annually with performance bonuses
