• Design and develop custom industrial automation and machinery solutions.
• Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, software, manufacturing, project management, and customer-facing teams to deliver successful projects.
• Solve complex technical challenges throughout the equipment lifecycle—from concept and design through installation and startup.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering standards, product performance, and design efficiency.

• Experience designing or supporting custom industrial equipment, automation systems, capital equipment, packaging machinery, material handling systems, or other engineered manufacturing equipment.
• Background in one or more of the following:
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Electrical Engineering
  • Controls/Automation Engineering
  • Software Engineering
  • Applications Engineering
  • Estimating Engineering
  • Commissioning or Field Engineering
• Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to work across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Ability and/or desire to lead.
