Syntax Talent Solutions is seeking a Facilities Engineer to join our team in Baltimore, MD. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving our facilities infrastructure, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with safety standards.

Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $/yr.

• Design, implement, and manage facility systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and safety systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of all facility equipment and systems.
• Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors and vendors for facility projects and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations related to facility operations.
• Manage facility budgets, expenses, and procurement processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support company operations and enhance facility performance.

• Facilities Management experience.
• Proven experience in facilities management or engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance processes.
• Proficiency in CAD software and facility management software.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
