ASR Group offers a two-year Graduate Development Program for entry-level engineers in Chemical Engineering. The program provides hands-on experience, mentorship from leaders and SMEs, and exposure to multiple disciplines such as chemical, mechanical, controls, and electrical.
You will participate in continuous improvement projects, learn to review reports, conduct basic lab tests, and develop leadership skills aimed at future roles in a manufacturing environment.
