Skills & Experience:
3-7 years of Land Development or Civil Site Design experience. Strong Civil 3D experience. Experience designing:
Site grading Water systems Sewer systems Storm drainage systems. Experience producing construction documents and plan sets. Understanding of land development design principles and permitting requirements. Ability to work independently while collaborating with PMs and engineers.
Nice to Have
Skills & Experience:
EIT certification. Desire to grow into a Senior Designer or Project Manager role.
Job Description:
Prepare land development construction plans using Civil 3D. Design and draft:
Grading plans Water and sewer systems Storm drain systems Stormwater management facilities Erosion & sediment control plans. Build and maintain Civil 3D surfaces, alignments, profiles, and pipe networks. Support Project Managers and Senior Engineers with plan development and revisions. Coordinate with survey and engineering teams to produce complete plan sets. Participate in project design reviews and quality control processes.
