- Bala’s interns work side-by-side with our engineering staff to learn the building design process, project phases, industry codes and standards, and equipment specifications.
- To further their practical knowledge and apply technical skills interns attend project site visits and surveys to better understand real world building systems and conditions.
- Our hands-on approach allows interns to grow technical knowledge and practical experience.
