Tik Tok GO is a creator-driven commerce and distribution program connecting travel content with real world bookings. Through short form video, creators promote hotels, attractions, and travel experiences that users can directly purchase. The program bridges content, conversion, and destination marketing, enabling travel partners to reach new audiences through creator led storytelling.

Our Tik Tok GO creator program operates nationwide, working with creators, regional partners, travel destinations, and tourism organizations to scale commercial impact and long term partnerships.

Role Overview: The Community Manager for Tik Tok GO leads and manages a nationwide creator community of a couple thousand creators across the United States. This role requires a strong understanding of how influencers and KOLs think and operate, along with a solid grasp of Tik Tok GO program policies, to build and maintain an active, organized creator community aligned with the company’s direction and growth.

Community operations are primarily based on Discord, with flexibility to expand to other platforms as needed.

• Proven experience managing and operating an online community, with the ability to maintain structure, engagement, and clear communication at scale
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with creators and internal teams
• Background or hands-on experience working with influencers or KOLs, with a solid understanding of how creators think and operate

This role offers a base salary plus performance-based commission. The compensation structure will be determined based on experience and scope of responsibility.
