Exciting opportunity to work at Ocean Downs Casino only 10 minutes from the beautiful beaches and boardwalk of Ocean City, MD. This is a part time, seasonal position.

• Create and ensure a fun-filled, entertaining, and exciting environment where flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount.
• Responsible for accurate exchange of currency and coin.
• Comply with Currency Transaction Reporting Procedures and Guidelines.
• Accurately sell and redeem tickets for currency and coins.
• Work all front line window locations.
• Count and verify all cash turn-ins to the Dealer.
• Safeguard currency.
• Comply with Maryland Racing Commission Regulations.
• Promote outstanding customer relations.
• Promote honesty and trust among the team.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• Ability to read, write, speak, understand or communicate in English sufficiently to perform the necessary functions of this position. American Sign Language is also an acceptable form of communication.
• Ability to consistently comprehend, retain and execute written, verbal and demonstrated directions, explanations and guidance.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers and management.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred.

• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time without difficulty.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to obtain and keep a License issued by the Maryland Racing Commission required of all Racing Services employees.
