Job Summary

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Supervisor will supervise all functions of Special Events and Promotions, focusing on providing the highest level of service to casino players. Major responsibilities include overseeing daily Events/Promotions execution, hiring, training and evaluating staff, handling complaints and discipline, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with departmental and company‑wide policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily execution of Events/Promotions and advance coordination of events planned by coordinators.
  • Interview, select, train employees and conduct performance reviews.
  • Handle team member and guest complaints, discipline or recommend discipline.
  • Schedule and supervise work; ensure all deadlines are met and internal and external communication is timely, clear, and correct.
  • Ensure compliance with audit packages, Title 31, customer data integrity and all gaming and compliance guidelines for drawings, tournaments and prize giveaways.
  • Manage departmental operations within budgetary guidelines.
  • Foster positive working relationships with Direct Marketing, Advertising, Entertainment, Food & Beverage and Casino Marketing departments.
  • Assist Marketing Manager in monthly departmental financial reviews.
  • Understand and communicate Total Service program and scores to staff.
  • Prepare timely evaluations of department team members and review monthly promotional builds.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • College degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 + years supervisory experience.
  • Self‑motivated, detail oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and quick to learn new software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; able to work independently.
  • Physical ability to sit, stand, or walk for long periods (4 hr), lift and carry up to 50 lb., and perform manual dexterity tasks.
  • Ability to tolerate dust, loud noises and bright light.
  • Availability for varied shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
