- Previous Experience in Hospitality or Entertainment – a plus, NOT a must.
The Role
- Greet every Player with a smile and friendly energy.
- Deliver food and drinks to bays efficiently, ensuring Players have what they need.
- Assist in preparing non‑alcoholic beverages and maintain clean, stocked service areas.
- Bus bays and tables, and fold napkins to Topgolf standards.
- Support teammates by restocking stations, helping on the tee line, or cleaning common areas.
- Maintain a safe and compliant environment by following safety and sanitation standards.

- Lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
- Stand on your feet for most of the shift, walking throughout the day.
- Perform active tasks involving bending, stooping, carrying.
- Endure long shifts and maintain pace in a high‑volume environment.
- Hourly wages starting at $17.00, competitive tip—eligible for certain positions.
