* B.S. in investment, quantitative or technical discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field).
* Demonstrated ability to build robust business cases, prioritize initiative portfolios, and drive cross-functional execution. Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with comfort navigating ambiguity in complex corporate environments.
* Experience in product management, technology strategy, or investor enablement within an investment environment.
* 5+ years’ experience working with investment professionals (asset management, equity/credit research, or adjacent financial services).
* Solid understanding of modern AI/ML technologies (including generative AI and large language models) and their business applications. Able to identify where AI can drive efficiency and innovation.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
* Proven capability in developing and leading programs in partnership with investment teams to deliver strong client outcomes.
* M.S. or MBA in an investment, technical or quantitative discipline.
* Knowledge of agent frameworks, workflow orchestration, or RAG concepts.
* Experience implementing AI in large-scale enterprise environments, including exposure to AI governance or ethics frameworks. Experience contributing to technology standards or policies (e.g., model risk management, AI ethics).
* 10+ years’ experience working with investment professionals (asset management, equity/credit research, or adjacent financial services).
* CFA charter holder or active candidate.
Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
