One round in person.

• High volume call/service experience.
• Ability to learn and retain a large amount of information and refer to it quickly to resolve client issues.
• Interest in learning tasks to potentially combine service calls and processing.
• Multitasker: support the Account Transfer (ACATS) team and facilitate asset transfers between contra firms.
• Provide exceptional service to internal clients with in‑depth knowledge of ACATS and the system.
• Quality control of client paperwork from branch offices for processing by financial institutions.
• Field phone calls from contra firms and work closely with branch offices.
• Knowledge of Mutual Funds, Account transfers, and general brokerage information is a plus.
