Pay Rate: $23.37 / hour

The Fixed Income and Trade Support Services (FITSS) team provides operational and client service support across the full trade lifecycle for Fixed Income and Precious Metals products. This role works closely with financial advisors, trading desks, and sales teams to ensure accurate trade execution, reconciliation, and settlement while managing operational risk and maintaining strong internal controls.

• Support the end-to-end trade lifecycle for Fixed Income and Precious Metals transactions
• Manage order entry exceptions, trade adjustments, and reconciliations
• Perform trade capture, documentation, and settlement activities
• Provide operational support to trading, underwriting, and structuring teams
• Partner with financial advisors, trading desks, and internal stakeholders to resolve issues
• Identify, escalate, and mitigate operational risks
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, policies, and procedures

• Bachelor’s degree required
• General knowledge of financial markets and investment products, including Equities, Options, and Fixed Income
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and reasoning abilities
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; VBA experience is a plus
