AP Specialist Baltimore, MD Job Type: Contract Compensation: $24 - 28 Hourly

maintenance, and timely payment execution, including ACH payments, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Responsibilities:
- Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
- Perform 2-way and 3-way invoice matching
- Prepare and process payments, including ACH, wire, and check runs
- Maintain vendor records, including ACH setup and verification
- Resolve invoice discrepancies and respond to vendor inquiries
- Support month-end close and AP reporting
- 2+ years of accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment
- Experience with ACH payments
- Strong understanding of AP processes and internal controls
- Experience with ERP systems and invoice workflow tools
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
