Account Transfer Associate

Job Overview

We're seeking someone to join our team as an Associate in the Account Transfer Service Department. This is an Associate position at the P2 job level within Core Services, responsible for performing and managing product-agnostic and centralized operational services across several businesses and products.

The Account Transfer Services department assists Morgan Stanley branches and E
* Trade self‑directed clients in transferring their accounts/assets to and from other financial institutions as quickly and smoothly as possible.

• Solve problems and ensure transfer documentation is in good order.
• Coordinate multi‑million dollar transfers with contra firms.
• Field service phone calls from branches and E
  * Trade service center personnel.
• Collaborate with other team members/teams on automation projects and system improvements.
• Perform other job tasks as required.

• Ability to think creatively to solve problems with a focus on client experience and high level of service.
• Previous experience in a service environment and/or experience working directly with clients is desirable.
• Knowledge of financial institutions/markets and Microsoft Office is required.
• Further knowledge about automation tools/coding is desirable.

Salary range: $51,000.00 - $82,500.00 per year. Successful candidates may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award and the relevant business unit’s incentive plan.
