* Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to work with large, complex datasets and translate analysis into actionable insights.
* Experience conducting competitor and market analysis using tools such as Morningstar and eVestment; familiarity with data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
* Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, concise takeaways for senior stakeholders, with strong attention to detail.
* Proven problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively in ambiguous or complex situations.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
* Self‑motivated and able to work independently with strong accountability and follow‑through.
* Advanced degree or progress towards (CFA, MBA, or equivalent)
Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role.  Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.  Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
