We’re seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support a Fixed Income Product Control team. In this role, you will support daily financial reporting, analyze profit and loss activity, and help ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data across trading and finance systems.

• Produce daily profit and loss (P&L) reporting for fixed income strategies
• Reconcile business-estimated P&L against firm financial records
• Investigate and resolve daily P&L breaks and variances
• Partner with trading, finance, risk, and operations teams to resolve issues
• Maintain documentation and support ongoing process improvements

• Experience supporting finance, accounting, or analytical functions
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, reconciliations, and pivot tables
• High attention to detail and strong analytical problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

• On‑site role within a collaborative finance team
• Contract opportunity with potential for extension or conversion
• Exposure to fixed income products and capital markets operations
