We are working with a large global investor who is looking for a Portfolio Strategy and Asset Management Associate to join their real assets team.

About our client

Our client is a large global investor based in Abu Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and execution of a growing platform's investment strategy and performance across real estate and infrastructure investments.

• Monitoring strategy and total allocation to consider performance exposures
• Develop and maintain asset management, including annual investment review
• Oversee General Partner relationships to ensure alignment with investment outlooks
• Utilise data analytics to support investment decisions relating to real estate and infrastructure investments
• Oversee bespoke strategy and analysis projects
• Develop and maintain internal projection tools in order to estimate the NAV of the portfolio based on projected deployment

• A data driven individual with strong problem solving abilities
• Excellent Excel / financial modelling skills
• Experienced in transaction pricing metrics
• Demonstrated proficiency with data analytics tools
• Strong communication capabilities and confidence in liaising with management and IC
• Collaborative individual who can work across real estate and infrastructure
• Knowledge of programming languages is preferred
