Job Description:

This job is responsible for providing comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients to help them achieve their financial goals. The role may involve triaging client leads, making referrals to business partners, meeting with clients to review financial and investment goals, building a financial plan, and recommending brokerage products. Completion of required licenses and trainings is expected.

• Triage client leads and requests, making referrals to internal partners as needed.
• Meet with clients to review financial and investment goals, build comprehensive financial plans including brokerage products such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, annuities, banking, and money‑managed solutions.
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with clients’ financial goals and needs.
• Identify and engage potential new clients through referrals or financial center clientele.
• Mitigate and control risk as part of daily activities.
• Provide coaching and feedback to referral partners based on client needs and product recommendations.

This position may be responsible for residential mortgage loan originations and is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Employees must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing, including completion of a SAFE Act background check.

• Currently holds Series 7 and 66 (or 63/65 in lieu of 66) licenses; if 66 is not held, a passing score on the missing series within 60 days is required.
• Minimum of one year of experience in the investments industry, including investment training and in‑depth knowledge of investment products and services.
• Minimum of one year of experience in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.

• Minimum of three years of experience in the financial services industry and/or a sales environment where goals were met or exceeded.
• Additional professional designations such as Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC).

Hours Per Week: 40

Pay range: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education, and skill set.

Formulaic incentive eligible. Employees are eligible for incentives as detailed by the specific line of business incentive plan provisions.
