Own financial planning systems, reporting tools, and performance dashboards. Partner with the Controller on ERP optimization and data integrity. Drive scalable finance processes that support growth and organizational complexity.
  • Cross‑Functional Partnership:

  • Team Leadership & Development:
Lead and develop the Controller and broader finance team. Build strong accountability structures and performance expectations. Actively cultivate an inclusive, high‑performing team culture where individuals feel valued, supported, and accountable for results.
