Senior Finance Manager, DEWALT – Hybrid Towson, MD, USA

Join our Finance team and help shape the strategy for the DEWALT brand in a hybrid work environment.

• Support execution around DEWALT’s strategy, including category and portfolio analysis, global marketing, and entry into new markets.
• Define focus areas and portfolio families (geography, customer, brand, market share, margin) specific to the Tools & Outdoor industry to drive growth and margin expansion.
• Maintain a new product roadmap that aligns with strategic goals and delivers appropriate capital and cost outcomes.
• Evaluate the financial potential of New Product Development (NPD) programs using Return on Capital (ROC) models, reviewing key NPD metrics such as IRR, NPV, and Payback.
• Develop and maintain strong collaborative partnerships across Commercial, Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Finance functions to achieve global P&L excellence.
• Lead DEWALT KPI and operating rhythm structures, coordinating with the Leadership Team and cross‑functional groups.
• Partner with the Global Brand Strategy Team to manage effective use of go‑to‑market budgets across key regions and channels.
• Drive process improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function.

• BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of finance or business‑related experience.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal effectiveness and leadership capabilities.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint; knowledgeable in Hyperion HFM and SAP (or equivalent).
• Experience with Power BI and/or Alteryx is a plus.
• High business acumen and proven collaboration with cross‑functional and senior business leaders.

Competitive salary range: $95,600.00 - $ per year (subject to location, level, qualifications, and compliance with local wage requirements).
