We're seeking a Controller - Director in Wealth Management Finance who will support Revenue and Expense recognition, Balance Sheet reporting, and other Product Control processes within the Wealth Management Finance division. This role involves revenue and expense accruals, daily/monthly reporting, inter‑company revenue transfers, expense/reserve accruals and reconciliations, month‑end close activities, preparation of general ledger journals, P/L and balance sheet reconciliations, regulatory disclosures, and collaboration with internal teams and external auditors.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Finance and across the firm.
  • Deliver on individual and team projects, leveraging knowledge of finance functional areas, tools, and products.
  • Adhere to the firm’s risk, regulatory standards, policies, and controls.
  • Act as a culture carrier and embody the firm’s values.
  • Provide accounting support for month‑end close, balance sheet and P/L reconciliations, variance analysis, and daily reporting requirements.
  • Document procedures and lead ad‑hoc projects and requests.
  • Coordinate with multiple teams across the firm and prepare responses for audit inquiries.
  • Work with business partners including Wealth Management Business Units, CFO, HR, Legal, Operations, Treasury, Technology, and Tax.
Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of finance functional areas, industry, and competitive environment.
  • Strong communication skills, able to convey information clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to seek guidance, provide feedback, and develop self and peers.
  • Proficiency with numbers and rapid learning of new applications and technology.
  • Experience handling large data sets and articulating results.
  • Independently driven and a strong team player.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
Benefits
  • Salary range: $70,000 – $110,000 per year.
