Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an Accounts Receivable 3 (5+ years) to join their team. As an Accounts Receivable 3, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the Receivables Support team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proactive problem‑solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?- Perform detailed account‑level research and data validation to ensure accuracy of receivable balances and supporting documentation.
- Investigate discrepancies, validate balances, and clearly document findings and resolutions.
- Review responses and supporting documentation from internal and external stakeholders, assess accuracy, and determine appropriate next steps.
- Draft demand letters and prepare write‑off documentation in accordance with policies and approval requirements.
- Prepare receivables for collection activities by compiling invoice copies and required supporting documentation.
- Experience in CRE, Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Financial Operations preferred.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work cross‑functionally and collaborate effectively.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with workflow or tracking tools (e.g., Smart Sheet, Workday, Salesforce) is preferred.
