Job Overview
The Baltimore office of Hogan Lovells is seeking a junior associate with one to three years of relevant experience to join its nationally recognized Corporate & Finance team. The successful candidate will have strong foundational training and experience supporting sophisticated M&A transactions, capital markets offerings, or public company advisory work, and will be eager to continue developing within a high-caliber corporate practice.
The role offers significant opportunity to work closely with experienced practitioners, take increasing responsibility on matters, and develop as part of a collegial and supportive setting.
- Support sophisticated M&A transactions, capital markets offerings, and public company advisory work.
- Assist senior attorneys in drafting documents, conducting legal research, and preparing materials for client meetings.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a demanding, team‑oriented environment.
- Provide analytical and written support to ensure high quality client service.
- One to three years of relevant experience in M&A, capital markets, or public company advisory.
- Strong analytical and writing skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Law degree from an ABA‑accredited law school and current membership in the U.S. Bar.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and deliver exceptional client service.
The base salary range for this role is $225,000 to $260,000 per year, with potential for annual performance bonuses and discretionary bonuses. Employees in this role are eligible for benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance; a 401(k) retirement plan; paid time off; and relocation assistance, as outlined by the firm.
