About the Role
The Client Billing & Collections Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end collections process across a complex portfolio of accounts. This role ensures timely and accurate payment while maintaining strong client relationships. The position supports cash flow performance, financial accuracy, and client transparency by resolving discrepancies, facilitating payment discussions, and delivering consistent reporting and insights.
What You’ll Do- Manage End-to-End Collections Process
- Oversee full collections lifecycle and ensure timely payments
- Account Reconciliation & Issue Resolution
- Perform reconciliations using SAP and Excel
- Client Communication & Reporting
- Manage client conversations and deliver cadenced reporting
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Billing, Risk, Legal, Operations
- Performance Monitoring
- Track metrics and elevate risks
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required
- 2+ years collections / AR / billing required
- Detail-oriented, analytical, strong communicator, client-focused
- Works independently under general supervision
- Manages multi-entity accounts and billing scenarios
- Education:
College/University degree preferred. - SAP or ERP experience preferred
- Complex billing environment experience preferred

The hiring base salary range for this position is $49,100 to $67,540 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
