The successful candidate will focus on originating and executing greenfield digital real estate and infrastructure investments with a global remit.

As its global footprint expands, it is looking to hire a Senior Investment Professional to join its Dubai‑based team, responsible for pursuing greenfield digital real estate and digital infrastructure developments.
What the job involvesThis position offers a highly entrepreneurial environment. Working alongside senior leadership, the successful candidate will play a central role in evaluating and executing investment opportunities across key global markets.
- Source and evaluate digital real estate and infrastructure investments, managing them from inception to completion
- Take ownership of financial analysis, underwriting, and investment committee presentations
- Lead due diligence and transaction execution processes through to completion
- Build and maintain relationships with developers, investors, lenders, and key external stakeholders
- Oversee portfolio performance and support value‑creation initiatives
- Assist in shaping investment strategy and identifying new growth opportunities
- Significant end‑to‑end experience in greenfield data‑center investments and developments – a pre‑requisite
- Excellent transaction execution skills and strong financial modelling capabilities
- International experience across multiple geographies and asset classes would be advantageous
- A commercial and entrepreneurial mindset coupled with strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel internationally and thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
