Key Responsibilities

• Controllership, Compliance & Reporting: Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and timeliness of all financial reporting in compliance with Ind AS, SEBI regulations, and other statutory requirements. Oversee all accounting functions, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Revenue Recognition. Strengthen and manage a robust system of internal controls (IFC) to safeguard company assets and ensure financial discipline. Manage all direct and indirect tax matters, including GST, corporate income tax, and transfer pricing, ensuring full compliance and strategic tax planning.
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling to align with corporate strategy.
• Cost Optimization: Drive cost reduction initiatives by analyzing plant operations, overhead allocation, and production efficiency.
• Working Capital & Treasury Management: Oversee cash flow, inventory valuation, trade finance, and forex exposure.
• Capital Allocation: Manage Cap Ex planning for plant expansions, machinery upgrades, and technology integrations.
• Risk & Compliance: Ensure adherence to tax regulations, transfer pricing, and corporate governance standards (e.g., SEBI regulations and Ind AS in India).
• Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary interface for the Board, investors, and banking institutions for fundraising and debt management.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Education: Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 20 to 25 years of progressive finance experience with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., CFO or Finance Director).
• Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of costing methodologies, supply chain nuances, and strong ERP proficiency (e.g., SAP/HANA).
• Leadership: Strategic mindset, uncompromised integrity, and cross-functional leadership capabilities
