Job Summary
Sr. Relationship Manager – Healthcare, Education & Not-for-Profit Team (HENFP), Global Commercial Bank. Focus on clients and prospects in Maryland, DC, VA with annual revenues starting at $50 million.
Responsibilities- Manage an extensive portfolio of HENFP clients and prospects.
- Acquire, deepen, and maintain profitable client relationships through sales and prospecting.
- Understand and interpret financial and cash flow statements to assess clients’ financial conditions and industry trends.
- Collaborate with domestic and international teammates, including Investment Banking, Foreign Exchange, Wealth Management, and Product Specialists in Credit, Treasury Management, and Merchant Services to design and deliver financial solutions.
- Lead and facilitate dialogues with complex clients and prospects on industry, alternative capital structures, and business issues.
- Coach and mentor peers, utilizing leadership skills.
- Adapt to changes in sales practices and market/industry conditions.

- 10+ years’ experience in commercial lending, corporate finance, or relationship management.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of HENFP clients with revenues >$50 million.
- Proven track record of prospecting new business and closing profitable transactions.
- Professional sales skills, including planning, execution, and follow‑up of client meetings.
- Strong corporate finance, capital markets, and accounting acumen.
- Financial modeling experience; completion of formal credit training preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability.
- Ability to organize, facilitate, lead, and negotiate with a team of bank associates.
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 & 63 licenses required (must obtain within 180 days).
- Undergraduate degree in related field (MBA desirable).
- Existing knowledge of the market.
- Active participation in local community organizations.
- Established networking contacts and Centers of Influence in the market.
- Interest in working in a specialty team focused on Healthcare, Education & NFP institutions.
1st shift (United States of America)
Pay Range$ – $ annualized salary; discretionary incentive eligible.
