Regional Cost Controller

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Provide monthly reports (FTE report, expenses checkpoints, quarterly pre‑close, monthly financial reports, rolling forecast) and analysis of the P&L to local management and to the Group Finance.
• Manage and update local and group reports with group standard KPIs.
• Perform ad‑hoc financial analysis.
• Prepare PD exercises related to expenses.
• Support the Manager to implement new tools such as Power BI and other tools required by the Group Finance.
• Coordinate and assist with monthly expenses review.
• Provide accruals for Account 78 when necessary.
• Perform reconciliations between SAP and Finance+.
• Provide analysis and support to Group Consolidation.
• Create and provide cost centers when required.
• Serve as super‑user of Amadeus Citryc expenses tool.

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance or a related discipline. Master’s Degree and/or CPA desired.
• 2–4 years of experience in Corporate Accounting, financial analysis, preferably in a controlling position.
• Advanced Excel skills using Pivot Tables.
• Pragmatic, flexible, autonomous, and a team player who makes constant improvements.
• Detail‑oriented and organized.
• Self‑starter who follows jobs to completion with high independence and challenges current processes.
• Ability to analyse data and learn financial systems quickly.
• Comfortable with figures and data processing tools; knowledge of SAP, SAP BW and Power BI preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Multi‑Dimensional Databases.

• Experience with IFRS accounting standards.
• Cost Accounting / Cost Controlling experience.
• Basic awareness of Artificial Intelligence technologies and enthusiasm for integrating AI into business processes.
• Experience or interest in Generative AI, AI, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and data analysis.

Total Compensation Range: $85,000 – $100,000. Placement within this range is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location.
